desktop. and mine's small enough that i can take it anywhere pretty much. the monitor is what takes a few minutes of finagling to get it packed and safe.
x2 on laptops being overpriced. i guess they're worth it if your job requires you to move around alot. but for the most part i'm in one spot so i don't see the purpose

cable tv. but they both are a rip off. pay $50 a month just to watch it on the weekends or if company's over and they don't want to watch a movie

Again, the worst thing ever, instead of a straight cable from the gas pedal to teh throttle control, they decide to stick a computer and a motor inbetween it, making a delay in response

PS3, i just like the controller better. every system gets all the same games nowdays so it doesn't matter. although playstation has final fantasy and i love that rpg along with star ocean and disgaea. (other good rpgs'). 360 has halo, which i don't really like and forza which i prefer gran turismo over. but it also has some good games. too hard to decide.

same here, I had to buy a laptop for school, but my next computer wil be a desktop again...i hate the little screen, lack of a number pad, and the fact taht if you want to add anything all you can really do easily is plug in another USB device..i have too many devices for my 4 USB plugs

I actually had to "fix" my Charger to get Auto-HL's.

It came with the hardware and software to do it... but wasn't offered on the '06 models.

The actual knob inside had a plastic stop to prevent it from turning one more click to Auto. I pulled the knob off, took plyers and removed the plastic stop, and presto. Auto HL's. :)
