I know what it looks like...but i don't know what it tastes like. There was this group of large people ordering big subs with American cheese, and i thought, well this is either why they are so large, or they are trying to become less large, and in which case it wont be that good, so i'll stick to my cheddar cheese or mozzarella cheese

It's a mild tasting cheese similar to mild cheddard. It's good stuff.
